At Jedha Stay, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. Please read our Return and Refund Policy below for details on how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility for Returns:
    • We accept returns only if the product is defective or damaged upon delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. After 7 days, we will not be able to process returns.
  • How to Return a Product:
    • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the following details:
      • Order number
      • A description of the issue
      • Photos of the defective or damaged product (if applicable)
    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

2. Refunds

  • Refund Process:
    • After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on certain items, including but not limited to:
    • Personal care products
    • Products that have been used or altered

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return Shipping Fees:
    • In the case of defective or damaged products, Jedha Stay will cover the cost of return shipping. We will provide a return shipping label to facilitate the return.
    • For any returns not related to defective or damaged items, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you would like to exchange a product for a different size or color, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order before the product is shipped. Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.
  • Once the product has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted, and you will need to follow the return process outlined above.

7. Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your item is lost during shipping or arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product or within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
